Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship within the USA, territories, and protectorates. 

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping option:
  • Priority:  Based on size, weight, location
    • $12 for most items
    • 5-7 days for delivery
    • Fast shipping option 

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days or less. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SOUTHERN MOUNTAIN GEAR, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Lost Packages & Damages

SOUTHERN MOUNTAIN GEAR, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have lost a package or received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

8. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the US, US territories, and protectorates.
